  1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, kindly contact our customer support team for further assistance.
  2. Processing Time: Once you place your order, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the earliest working day. During peak seasons or special promotions, there may be a slight delay, but we will always keep you informed of any changes.
  3. Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Xtreme Robe.
  4. Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the UK is 3-5 business days.
  5. Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and stay updated on its whereabouts.
  6. Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are £2.99 for small accessory orders and £6 for orders containing jumpers and robes, with free delivery over £150. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you finalise your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges:
  1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Xtreme Robes. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
    • The robe must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
    • The packaging must be intact and in good condition.
  3. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. b. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
  4. Return Shipping: For returns due to preference or change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a faulty or damaged item, Xtreme Robes will cover the return shipping costs. In all cases, the refund should be paid by the customer upon return and after confirmation of a fault, the cost of the return will be included in the refund total. Please ensure you provide proof of postage and cost.
  5. Refunds and Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  6. Although we’re confident you will have no issues with any of our products, if you do discover a fault with any of our products, we will cover the cost to return the item. In the first instance, we will aim to repair the fault and return your product back to you. If the item cannot be repaired, we will inspect the item and determine whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a wear and tear issue. We cannot provide exchange or refunds for wear and tear faults, but if it is determined to be a manufacturing fault and it cannot be repaired, we will replace the item for you.
  7. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on robes that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear and tear. Additionally, any personalised or custom-made robes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
