Jacket Customisation

We have designed our jackets with minimal Xtreme branding, to make room for your own logo or branding. Whether it’s for your sports team, business or just personal customisation, we can do it! Our jacket customisation is produced using DTR (direct-to-film) printing, as this provides the highest quality, longest-lasting finish. Most importantly, this method of printing does not affect your jacket’s waterproof qualities, as embroidery would. Due to this reason, we cannot offer any other type of printing. 

Customisation is at the heart of what we do and we are happy to share our transparent, affordable price list. You can choose from customisation in the following areas:

All customisation orders incur a £12 set-up fee*, regardless of how many jackets you order with your design. For example, one jacket with arm customisation will cost £12 + £6 and twenty jackets with the same arm customisation will cost £12 + £120

Arm (small) – £6 inc. VAT

Chest (small) – £6 inc. VAT

Back (large) – £12 inc. VAT 

For orders of multiple quantities utilising the same base design, discounts are available. For example, a logo with different names on each jacket is still acceptable. 

Once you have placed your order, please email us at: hello@xtremerobes.co.uk, quoting your order number and provide us with a high-resolution vector image of your chose design/logo. Accepted image formats can include; PDF, Adobe Illustrator files, SVG or EPS.
JPG and PNG files will not be accepted.

Jacket customisation times can vary depending on demand and quantities ordered, but we will aim to have your jackets printed and dispatched within 7 – 10 working days. 

*Set-up fee covers the cost to translate the design into a printable image and any additional printing materials.
