Delivery and Returns Policy

At Xtreme Apparel, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to read through our delivery and returns policy to understand the procedures and conditions for receiving your Xtreme products and handling any potential returns or exchanges.

Delivery:
  1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, kindly contact our customer support team for further assistance.
  2. Processing Time: Once you place your order, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the earliest working day. During peak seasons or special promotions, there may be a slight delay, but we will always keep you informed of any changes.
  3. Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Xtreme products.
  4. Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the UK is 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for purchases made during the January sale, due to the volume of orders and reduced opening hours over the Christmas period deliveries made take longer than usual. 
  5. Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and stay updated on its whereabouts.
  6. Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are £2.99 for small accessory orders up to the value of £15.99 and £6 for orders under £100, with free delivery for orders of £100 or over. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.

    Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable except where a confirmed manufacturing fault is identified within the initial 30-day rejection period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns and Exchanges:
  1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Xtreme products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
  2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange under our change-of-mind policy:
    • The product must be in its original condition, unworn other than reasonable indoor try-on for fit, and with all original tags attached.

    • Items worn outdoors, or for extended periods will not be eligible for return under our change-of-mind policy.

    • The packaging must be intact and in good condition.

    Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused and returned to the customer.  

  3. Extended Christmas Returns: For purchases made between 1st December and 24th December, we offer an extended returns period to accommodate Christmas gifting. Orders placed during this time can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January of the following year, provided all standard return conditions are met.

    Items must be unused, unworn (other than reasonable indoor try-on), in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact. All other return terms, including exclusions and return shipping conditions, continue to apply.

    Returns of Bundled or Discounted Items:

If you purchase items as part of a bundle, multi-buy offer, or promotional discount that is dependent on buying multiple items together, the discounted price is only valid when the full bundle is retained. If you choose to return one or more items from a bundled purchase, the original bundle discount will no longer apply.
    In these cases, the refund amount will be recalculated to reflect the full, non-discounted price of the items you keep. You will receive a refund only for the returned item(s), minus any adjustment required to account for the removal of the bundle discount.

  5. Free Gifts With Purchase:
    Where a free gift is provided as part of a promotional offer, the offer is conditional upon the customer retaining all qualifying items. If you return part or all of the qualifying purchase, the free gift must also be returned unused and in its original packaging.
    If the free gift is not returned, Xtreme Apparel reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from the refund total or decline the return.

  6. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange a. Contact our customer support team at hello@xtremeapparel.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. b. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. The return address will be provided by our customer service team once your return request has been reviewed and authorised. Returns sent without prior email contact and written authorisation from Xtreme Apparel will not be processed. We are unable to accept responsibility for items returned without following the above procedure.
  1. Return Shipping: For returns due to preference, sizing issues, or change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    In cases where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Xtreme Apparel will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. Customers must provide proof of postage and cost before reimbursement.

    If an item returned as faulty is inspected and no manufacturing defect is found, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to the customer.

  2. Refunds and Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any approved refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    We reserve the right to document returned items via photographs or video during inspection for quality control and dispute resolution purposes.

    Original payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  3. Faulty Items & Your Statutory Rights

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    If an item develops a confirmed manufacturing fault within 30 days of receipt, you may be entitled to reject the goods and receive a refund.

    After 30 days and within six months of receipt, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we are entitled to offer a repair or replacement as the first remedy. A refund will only be offered if a repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful.

    All items returned as faulty will be inspected. If no manufacturing fault is found, or the issue is determined to be wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or damage resulting from extended use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

    We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for wear and tear issues.

  4. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear and tear. Any personalised or custom-made jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed faulty upon arrival.
